The return of any goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods. In order for the goods to be returned, confirmation is needed from our sales team, who will then authorise that the goods can be returned in writing. We can’t hold responsibility for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is reported to have been damaged in transit.
How to Return Goods
- Contact us by calling or through e-mail within 3 working days of receipt of goods and provide us with all information you’ll be asked for.
- Once the return is authorised, package the goods in the same condition you received them in.
- Make sure any previous delivery address labels or barcodes are not exposed so we can receive the parcel.
- Once the goods have arrived, they will be assessed, and if they are undamaged or deemed as resellable a refund will be applied within 5-7 of inspection.
Refund & Restocking Policy
Returned goods that are undamaged or resellable are eligible for a refund, which will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the goods returned or £20, whichever is greater.
